Fall 2023 Charity Raffle
To celebrate reaching 5k followers on instagram, I would like to do a tattoo raffle with 100% of the proceeds going towards supporting the unhoused community in Oakland.
Why do a raffle? Because every day when I head home from the studio, I see people in tents, sleeping in broken down cars, and I see RVs that I’m not sure can drive anywhere. I have been unhoused, both by financial necessity and at times by choice, and I would like my art to support those in need. Living without a stable and safe place, vulnerable and out on the street is extremely stressful and can be dangerous. All people have a right to housing.
Every dollar you put into the charity raffle will be honored towards your tattoo session, so no money lost to you!
100% of the money raised will be donated to the East Oakland Community Project, an active local Oakland organization that has multiple immediate/emergency and transitional housing options available for singles, families, and veterans. Check out their community stories page to learn more.
You donate your money to support the community and receive tattoo credit, and I donate my time :) this way, together we can support the community through our mutual love of tattoo!
